For Mini Pak'r and other smaller air pillow machines;
Some machines come with small square chips inside the film roll. Making some machines equipped with a chip reader to use only their brand film rolls and their core diameter size. The actual chip inside the film rolls can be easily taken off and placed on our film roll to use our rolls with Mini Pak'r Machines and other smaller air pillow machines that are equipped with proprietary chip readers.
For our brand SpeedAir Machines, ULINE, Pregis AirSpeed Smart, NewAir IB,and All Other Similar Industrial Air Pillow Machines; Our film rolls are plug-n-play; they will work just fine without the need for any chip or other proprietary device. Please make sure your machine can receive 2-inch Core Rolls. Some machines are 3" and 1". Our rolls are 2" core size.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you double check your machine for a proprietary chip reader before purchasing our film rolls; to ensure that you're capable of using the chip from your film rolls with our film rolls on your machine. If you do not see your machine listed here, just drop us a message and let us check for you. We typically reply very fast.
For NON-TUBE FEED air machines; This does not work with older air machines that are non-tube fed. Like "fill-air TS" air machines or any other machine similar to this model that requires one entire side of the air film to be wide-open. You would need to manually cut the entire tube-feed side of this film roll (1640.42 Feet Per Roll) to make it work with these types of air machines. If you are not equipped or ready to make the retro-fit yourself, please do not purchase these rolls. Or please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure of your air machine and how it works.
